noosfero | Remove job to process thumbnails (!1613)

Rodrigo Souto started a new discussion on test/functional/content_viewer_controller_test.rb:

These tests are not supposed to be like this. The `published` attribute now is related to being a draft or a published content. The `access` attribute is now dealing with this logic so I think these tests should be removed.

Even if it is removed you should do it in another request since this is not related to this one.
