noosfero | [ActivityPub] Handle duplicated messages (#399)

Gabriel Silva created an issue:


  Sometimes a server may send duplicated messages (same UUID) in a short period of time, causing the current implementation to incorrectly processing both payloads. We should implement some kind of protection layer to avoid processing the same message in parallel. Maybe usiing a Redis flag?
