noosfero | Removes deprecated tests (!1669)

Some commits (9e305cd406a106acc0bc2eb023f4ba58b0e526b8, eed88623a6974254becc1934ee7bcac57f1bd031, be2952c398ac5debcaa2f0a63bf0dd07ea210875)  removed/updated these features, but the tests were left in. So I basically removed them.
