noosfero | Fix Prod Docker (!1673)

I tested this setup and it works for me. The first time I open the page it takes really long to load, but I don't think it is a problem with this setup.

Although, i found a bug. When I login and press Log out in the login block, in the home page, it will redirect me to `http://rails_app/`. Looks like it is an issue with nginx config.
