noosfero | Bug on the media panel when crop modal is closed during upload (#413)

When uploading an image using the media panel during the article creation, if you upload an image clicking in the "Add image" button and then close the crop modal without clicking "Crop", the image will not be uploaded and will keep being displayed as `0%`.

We should remove the entry from the list, since the upload was cancelled.
