I'm 4 months in now. I don't  have any physical  cravings for junk food,  but I know  how good it used to taste (probably wouldn't taste  as good now, since I  have a tiny sugar  intake). Last night was a  little test of willpower because of  that. I went out  to  dinner with my boyfriend and his brother, and for dessert, they had  a chocolate  chip cookie  with  a heap  of vanilla  ice cream on top.  I won't deny, it looked FANTASTIC. But my desire to  not be fat anymore overpowered any  desire to  eat the cookie.  I contented myself with  a tiny  bit of whipped  cream, and I  was good. I  made some keto chocolate chip  mint ice  cream when I got home, instead.

It's hard, I doubt  the cravings will every fully go away in all forms for any of us. Junk food tastes good, but that's what got most of us  overweight  in the  first  place. You'll  reach a point, though, in  which you get kind  of  disgusted at the amount  of carbs in things, and  know that your goal, however hard it might be to reach, will  be a victory sweeter  than any sugary candy and more savory than any pizza.
