Eles
responderam.

Segue a minha pergunta, lá embaixo, e a resposta deles.

Espero que enriqueça esta discussão.

Tudo de bom a todos,

Hi Marcus,

Thank you for writing in.

Once you've purchased JomSocial, we will provide you with the code
itself and it is yours to keep. You can distribute the code to anyone
you choose. However, you cannot distribute it under the name "JomSocial"
as the name "JomSocial" itself is already a trademark.

In terms of support, we will only provide support any active support
subscription. This means that those that received the code from you will
not be covered under our support as stated in our support policy.
Support includes access to the download page and an access to our
technical support team.

Hope this helps. Do let me know if there's anything more that I can help
you with.

Have a great day!

Regards,

Ahmad Justin

    Dears Sirs,

My name is Marcus Vinicius and I am member of a community here in
    Brazil interested in using JOMSOCIAL.

I have already read in your site that JOMSOCIAL is licensed under
GPL v2.0. Under the terms of this license, if I obtain one copy of
JOMSOCIAL, it will come with the source code.

My doubt is if I will be able to copy it to the other members of the
community, having obtained just one copy from you.

    Thanks a lot,
