Nenhuma licenca livre proibe a venda do software. Sim, voce pode vender o software, 
com ou sem modificacoes, e isso vale para _qualquer licenca livre_.

Em especial a essa questao voce tem direito a:
	"reproduzir, tornar disponivel, distribuir e explorar"
e tambem direito a:
	"vender, oferecer a venda"
