privately. The prize money for the award will be given to the TAILS Free

Estão dedicando o prêmio e a fatura em dinheiro para projetos de 
Software Livre, em especial o sistema operacional Tails[2], um portátil 
podendo usar em Pendrivers, CDs etc. O S.O que ajudou Snowden a 
divulgação dos documentos sobre a NSA, GCHQ e afins.
