I also think that a mailing list is better for the purpose. If the
feature category is that important you might list them somewhere and ask
for people to include a "[category]" at the subject. 

It's also good in a sense that does not pinpoint specific people to
review specific categories of code avoiding a false sense of guiltiness
or responsability and also frees everyone to review whatever they want
(not like they couldn't with the wiki, but kind of weakens his power to).
