code reviewers and testers

I have nothing against both, but I think we should use just one.
I think that the mailing list might be better because anyone can help when
the person wants, just by reading the email. (Using the wiki, after the
"call" to test, one needs to put the name in wiki and wait to be added to
the list.)
I am not really used to receive so many emails, and if we choose mailing
list, it will be many more! :P But, mainly concerning code review, it seems
nice if everyone can have a better sense of the changes that are going to
be made and help anytime.
