Version 0.44.3 released

Hello Rodrigo,

The version at lib/noosfero.rb is still 0.44.2 and no git tag was created.
The forgotten version string update is pretty rare, but the forgotten git
tag creation is frequent... At cirandas we update based on tags...

A release script may help...
