jQuery update

Hi guys,

I am trying to make a plugin that uses jsTree [1] and I noted that
noosfero's jQuery[2] is in version 1.5.1.

The newest version of jsTtree needs jQuery higher then 1.8.1.

Do you think there is any problem update jQuery to the newest stable
version 1.8.3?

I updated it here and I made some tests and aparently everything is working
fine.

What do you think?
