Released new version 0.44.0

Hello there everyone!

We just released the 0.44.0 version. On this version there are some new
cool stuff like a Macro infrastructure and a new plugin (Comments Group)
that allows the user to mark pieces of it's content as "commentable" and
the viewers might make comments in-line! This plugin is already using the
new Macro infrastructure. We are still lacking some documentation on
both user and developers use of this new infra but we're working on it
(if you want to help, shout!).

On this version we also fixed some performance issues (not them all yet)
mostly related with blogs.

Let's test this new version!
