Release of 0.44.2 bugfixes version

Hey there everyone,

Due to some bad bugs introduced on 0.44.0 and not fixed on 0.44.1 we're
releasing a new bugfix version. This version includes the fix on the
access_control_allow_origin environment attribute that was without a
default value and made everyone systems crash. You can find more details
