Link your Commit to an ActionItem!

There is a big problem with this: the link only happens after the merge
request was accepted, that is, the code is on noosfero.

Github solves that by using the concept that pull requests (merge requests)
are issues (actionitems). Genial! It seems to me that gitlab doesn't yet do
that.
