0.47.0 Released

Hello everyone,

Today we finally released 0.47.0. This is a really big release, just
like the last ones and is full of new features. This is also our last
release using rails 2.3.5. As soon as we integrate the latest features
added on this release to rails3 branch we'll be moving our master
branch together.
