Login with Facebook, Google+ and Twitter

Hi everyone,

In most of the sites today you can loggin and register with Facebook, or
Google+, or Twitter. My suggestion is put this kind of login and
registration to noosfero, but I don't know if this should be a plugin or
not? And I don't know if the community approves.

Probably to implement it I could use the omniauth gem, or another that you
could sugest.
