Event "Facebook like"

I don't like duplications either but they allow us to avoid drastic
changes on the interface, also have a taste of the feature on real
life for sometime before commiting to it and the design advantages of
the plugin isolation. What I think we should have is a policy to replace
core features by plugins (removing the feature and enabling the plugins
by default or something like that). Specially regarding content types
and blocks, I think it's a good idea.
