Transifex strips fuzzy translations

I'm of the opinion that translation is a communication job and a fuzzy
translation doesn't help to make the quality better.

So my opinion is that it is ok to strip them, the translator will have to
be careful anyway, and a few less seconds the fuzzy translation may give
may decrease the translation quality.
