About not reading AIs

(Speaking as a Colivre's developer here)

Colivre, as the official maintainer of Noosfero, is interested in
solving every problem that happens. On the other side, Colivre as an
enterprise, needs income in order to stay alive. Therefore, Colivre
solves problems as fast as it can to keep Noosfero as stable as it can
while it can survive and grow. That's why Colivre invests (from its own
"money") on Noosfero month after month on bugfixes. Colivre also sees
the importance of the community and therefore also invests on code
review from contributors and community communication and discussion.

We also can't control people's AI creation or mailing-list reading. We
can just help with good manners and policies that will reduce this
problems. Sometimes even Colivre developers will make these mistakes.

Although we'd like to solve all problems, we can't. That's why we count
on the community too to help us. When someone reports a bug, Colivre
tries its best to fix it, but when it doesn't happen, it falls on the
community to help. And when they help us, we hurry to include that code
and distribute it to everyone, that's why we constantly release bugfixes
versions and our merge-requests on the stable branch is barely empty.
That's how it has worked and still works now. We can't assume the
commitment on solving every problem that happens neither claimed to do
so. We do what we can do. Blaming us for a problem not solved will
not solve the problem.
