Leo,

Has this "always link to a new normal page instead of downloading a file"
an ActionItem (not considering the #3119, created by Braulio and the #2373,
that began with FilePresenter idea)? Did it appear on the email with "Noosfero
development updates" title?
If yes, please, show me. I don't read all Noosfero emails, but I tried to
search and couldn't find.

As I still cannot follow all the AIs that are created just by reading
the "Noosfero
development updates" emails or looking for AIs in Noosfero pages, I helped
defending the procedure Daniel showed. I understand that sometimes people
are so in a hurry that forget to send a message on the list, but the AI is
really important to have.

I think that the developer can already have the code ready when create the
AI if he/she wants, so its better to explain what he/she means. But I
really think that it's necessary to create the AI, wait a few days after
creating it and finally then include the code on the core.
It is better to avoid or improve some feature before including it on core
instead of implementing it, including it on core, and than, after users
complain about it, change the feature. (users don't like to always "test"
stuff)

ps: even if the AI was created in this case, it is good to emphasize this
:)
