0.46.2 Released

The problem was analyzed and described here:
http://noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem3053

The problem happened due to specific database data present on stoa's
instance, result of a bug on the migration process from elgg to
noosfero. There is no need to worry about this problem on other
instances.
