Rails 3 Migration

Hello Rodrigo,

I've tested it yesterday with ruby 2.0 and ruby 2.1 and the Cirandas
database and themes. I had to do some minor fixes, but it worked!
Congratulations to all involved!

The bigger problem I've found was with profiles' images in blocks
displaying with the "processing clock" of delayed job.

How could I contribute these and other fixes?

best regards,
bráulio
