New feature: Webfinger (federation first step)

Today i decided to implement Webfinger as the first step to interact 
with diaspora, ostatus, and others, making Noosfero not only federated, 
but a node on current federated networks.

It is possible to make Noosfero envs as diaspora pods. I want to make a 
diaspora plugin to implement this.

Current implementation gives a non-flexible webfinger (i want to add 
hotspos on it), and a RSA method for profiles allowing it to sign and 
receive encrypted messages.
