Isn't it time to extend this list limit of 40Kb for messages?

There is another easy factor of 3 or 5 sending compressed text. *This*
particular message could have been compressed even more, by making
reference to past discussions... the information content and entropy is
very low :)

But seriously: 200k seems reasonable, thanks!
