Actually, just few plugins use namespaces, I did not even know this was a Noosfero's standard. Follow the rails rules, it means that the table name and other references to the EnvironmentNotification class will be made by the following name, correct?

environment_notification_plugin_environment_notifications

Anyway, I will make the improvments you suggested and see how it works =).
