### Features to add:
* Modal display option. (yes, show a pseudo-pop-up on page load)
* Display only for logged users option.
* The messages must to be ever shown to admin, so they will not forgot it.
 * "(not so)Closed" messages may appear with another style.
 * The admin must to see an edit button on the message.
