New issue: 'localization' icon in Control Panel is nonsense

Hi all,

    It's quite absurd to have a specific option 'localization' in 
control panel and at the same time have the address options inside the 
'profile configurations' option.

    I think that this 'localization' button should disappear from 
bontrol panel, and its view should be integrated to the core address 
options in the profile configuration form.
