Noosfero 1.1 RC2

[Antonio Terceiro]

I have just tagged a RC2, and uploaded Debian packages. It contains just
a few bug fixes, translation updates, and more importantly for me some
changes to the release process to make it easier to build the generated
files.

We still need to fix a lot of other things to get to a state where we
can actually release, so please help with that!
