Changes how the location fields are edited:

- Location (latitude and longitude) now is a Person field
  - It can be added as a required/signup field in the admin panel
- All location fields (country, city, state, address, zip_code, district) are optional fields
  - The fields are only displayed in the control panel if they area active in the environment
  - The user can set the visibility for each active field (public/private)
- Refactors some bugs in the 
  - Adds Google Maps API key (must be exported as an Env var - `GOOGLE_MAPS_KEY`)
  - It will search if some location fields are not provided
  - Fixes how it display/hide the load cursor, and enables/disables the submit button
