Hi, I was wondering about this feature sometime ago. I couldn't realize what was the main purpose of blocking users from changing their identifiers. But being sincere, I don't know what ruled things this way and maybe we should change it to an environment option to allow users to change their identifiers, with defaults to `false`. What do you guys think? @leandronunes and @vfcosta
