noosfero | Sprockets-rails 3.2.1 breaks 'link_to' (#330)

@alaxalves not necessarily. I couldn't reproduce this bug on my local environment. I tested the fresh build of a development environment using a basic docker image of debian jessie and running the quick-start but it worked properly.
