noosfero | Sprockets-rails 3.2.1 breaks 'link_to' (#330)

@diguliu This is happening to me and some coworkers even at 'master' branch, but when we lock sprockets-rails gem to version '2.3.1' and `bundle update` it works perfectly. I've commented [this](https://gitlab.com/noosfero/noosfero/issues/330#note_73278017) because after talking to @gabrielssilva we've identified this as the possible cause of this problem. I thought that 6f31725a1 would have fixed, but it didn't. I've experienced this also working with the [Rails 5 upgrade](https://gitlab.com/noosfero/noosfero/merge_requests/1438), which I thought that would've solved this. I have no idea what is causing this to happen.
