Rodrigo Souto started a new discussion on app/models/folder.rb:

There is already a scope `folders` defined on Article. I think you should be able to use it instead of these `subdirectories` and `subdirectories_to` methods. Aside from removing unnecessary code we'd be also using a scope which is more reliable performance wise.
