[Openfire-br] Sub grupos

Boa tarde pessoal, estou utilizando a pouco tempo a ferramente openfire 
+ spark, gostaria de saber se é possivel criar subgrupos, sei que pelo 
ad tem como, mas ainda não estamos utilizando ad na empresa por questões 
de politica. Poderiam me auxiliar?
