0.46.2 Released

Hello all,

Nice that the problem was found and fixed in time.

This migration, like many others, are not necessary for the application to
keep working.

For this case, it would be interesting to have the server running while the
migrations runs.

In Cirandas, the passenger server has never stopped because of migrations
until now. This makes updates very smooth and imperceptible.

Maybe this could be done in the script/production also.
