noosfero | pg_search plugin: check if pg_search gem installed (!1287)

I have no option to install dependencies "by hand"? Even in Debian?

Why does the plugin simply not detect whether dependencies are installed regardless of distribution? The command `gem list -i "^pg_search$"` will work like that.
